DPR dated 28/feb/2013

Today I reached my HQ at 8:50. I delivered a lecture to students which are gathered in assembly. The topic was lack of self confidence and how we can improve it.

· After that I visit two primary schools G.P.S Ambedker Basti and G.P.S Dhani 2 near hanuman mandir Ganga.

· Where I collect infrastructure detail as per Performa provided by HSSPP earlier.

· I check Library record there.

· I check Mid-day –Meal there.

· I collect information related unopened bank accounts there, but there is no student found, that do not have there bank account in both of school.

· I found some major problems that are faced by both of Schools.

@ sports good are available there but no playground at G.P.S Ambedker Basti.

@no toilets for staff ,boys at G.P.S Ambedker Basti and G.P.S Dhani 2

@lack of benches at G.P.S Ambedker Basti and G.P.S Dhani 2

@no kitchen shed no dining room, no crockery at G.P.S Ambedker Basti and G.P.S Dhani 2

· Then I returned back at my HQ.

· Here I know that our two guys going to attend a medical aid camp at MANDI DABWALI organized by CIVIL HOSPITAL.

· One more good news I listened that our two guys got prizes in Speech Competition at distt. Level.

· Today our guys enjoy healthy and Poshtik Mid-day-Meal. Today our MDM incharge arranged fruits for all students i.e. Bananas and kinnows.

· So everybody enjoyed the Meal today.

DPR Dated 27 Feb 2013

I reached at my HQ at 8.55 and attend assembly, after that,

· I visit my clusters schools

· Such as (GPS GANGA (BOYS), GPS GANGA (GIRLS), GMS MODI, GPS MODI) for collecting data or those students those do not having bank accounts.

· I provide a hard copy of school infrastructure detail to all and said to fill up detail.

· Then I collect school infrastructure detail from these also.

· I inspect mid day meal also at GMS MODI and GPS MODI.

· I check library record also.

· I spent more than five hours in these schools.

· Then I returned to my HQ. at 3:30

So the day was full with journey today.

DPR Dated 26/feb/2013

It was very sunny day today. I reached at HQ at 8.50 and I made a announcement in morning assembly for those one which do not having their bank accounts.

After that I said to all class incharges about opening bank accounts soon.
Then I got information about school regarding fill up school information Performa.
Then I fill it, with the help of our geography incharge Mr. Jai Singh Baniwal and Clerk Mr. Krishan Kumar.
After that I send it to Mr. Sandeep Malik, which co-ordinate distt. Sirsa.
Made some entries into student profile also.
Check updates on hsspp.in, facebook/hsspp and education dept. website.
Today our new online UPS (It was installed on Saturday) starts working and happy moments are electricity going on continuously for the whole day.
But internet facility not available till today.

Today the day was very rainy. Rain started at midnight and continuously going on at the evening. So very less no. of students came. We did assembly in corridor and after that students go into their class rooms.

Electricity found missing whole day.
No generator.
Nothing received for updating.
No internet.
No other task is to be done.
So day was very boring.
I collect some data about unopened accounts from other schools via mobile i.e. GPS Ganga ans GPS Giderkhera ,GPS Dhani Prem pura.
Very less students of general category accept GPS Dhani Prem Pura.
They told me that they already sent detail of these types of accounts to BEO office Dabwali before some day ago.
Then I check data of dresses distribution among SC and BC students.

Today I reached at my headquarter school at 8.55 am and attend the prayer session. I addressed to Students and told about the golden childhood days. I shared my experience with them. Than I trying to them for make their life as a “water” with so many examples.

After that i visits my clusters school named G.P.School Gidderkhera .it is 6km far away from my HQ. It is from 1st to 5th standard .School timing is 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.

In this school there are Four (4+1) faculty members including Head teacher.

Were present there. Head teacher told me about school and its strength that’s given under.

Boys Girls

· 1st =11 12

· 2nd=11 21

· 3rd= 20 18

· 4th=20 13

· 5th= 17 16 Total=159

There is no separate library room they disclose book on the floor and issue books on every satuarday.There are near about 1335 books available for distribution .books are issued on every Saturday and returned after two or three days. Funds are raised for these books by SSA/RMSA.

@Note:- Lack of crockery for mid day meal.

Lack of drinking water facility.

Edusat not working from last two months.

DPR Dated 20/02/2013

We felt very happy after getting the news about training for IOLM’s. kindly send instructions to concerned officials and all Principals also for providing infrastructure also . Today I reached HQ at 8:55. After assembly our legal literacy club incharge Mr. Dilbag Singh Virk aware the student about our legal rights. After that he told to me that on every 20^th day of the month they organized a seminar, lecture and other concerned activity related to legal awareness. So today they held an essay writing competition among guys at break time.

Today at school all the +2 class teachers has started to fill the CCE OMR sheets. All the teachers are filling that sheet and giving marks to the students on the basis of their unit tests, class tests, class attendance and their curricular activities etc.
Today I complete the work related to opening bank accounts. Today all bankers are on strike so they open accounts on Monday.
Then I complete work related student profile of 10^th class.
Check Mid-Day-Meal.
Then I and Mr.Virk conduct essay writing competition.

विधिक साक्षरता क्लब रा. व. मा. वि. गंगा , सिरसा में क्लब प्रभारी श्री दिलबाग सिंह लेक्चरर हिंदी द्वारा निबंध प्रतियोगिता का आयोजन करवाया गया. जिसमें 19 छात्रों ने भाग लिया.

Respected Sir/Madam

Today day was very sunny, so strength of students improved as compared to last days. One more reason that I felt that their exams are very near to held, and before some days I told them into the assembly that which ones are not come regularly govt. stopped their benefits.

Today all class Incharge sent data about those guys (SC, BC, BC-A, GEN. Categories) that don’t have their bank accounts. I made a list of these students on the behalf of data provided by Incharges.
I upload these lists on HSSPP social site.
I told to all to make sure for opening bank accounts of these students soon.
All they passed massage to their students to take necessary documents with them soon.
After taking all docs we will invite the bank authorities for opening accounts.
I put some data into student profiles also.

Here I request to @RMSA /sir/Madam

Kindly put some hard steps to provide necessary equipments (facility) to us, because in our school I don’t have any internet facility, proper electricity, no UPS, no Printer, Scanner and almirahs. Our school official said that they don’t have any funds for you for providing these facilities .No provision for almirahs and room for displaying the library books. But other works are going continuous!!!! (Today I made a doc list of seven times, because electricity playing hide and seek with us whole day and there was no UPS.) Really disturbed whole day.

So for better result from our side make sure these actions soon and kindly intimate school officials for our work and requirements throw proper channel.

Today reached at my HQ at 8.55.After Assembly I trying to collect all data related to student profile and bank account. As I said earlier almost student having their accounts, accept some general category students.

Then I visit to our nearest bank and meet officials. They ensured me to open accounts. I demand some bank forms.

Then I came back and take a class of 8^th standard. Then I and our LA put entries in to student profile.

Then I checked about any updating about HSSPP on their social website and other suggested websites.

I said to our LA regarding faulty generator, printer, and central UPS. He made calls to concern.

Then I meet to our principal and aware her about the today’s activities.

So the day is totally busy today,,

Today was last working day of this week. I reached Ganga at 8:55, according to forecasting by whether experts there were a rainy day today. We did our assembly in drizzling.

Today I collect all data related to bank accounts of all students, i.e.SC, BC, BC-A, BPL and all others. Almost everybody has bank accounts which one concerned with mentioned categories, except general category and some of exceptional cases like they are belong to neighbor states but stay here with their relatives.(all data provide to me by computer faculty Mr Atma Ram )So I arrange all data in excel format and aware about all class Incharges also. All they are also do their responsibility with honestly.

Then I did some work related with student profile also.
I distribute hard copies of student profile among all class Incharges 9^th to 12^th.
I made a softcopy of this format also in MS word.
I put data entries of 9^th class in this format and very soon we complete it.
Here I told about our MDM Incharge Mr. Krishan Kayat and computer faculty Mr Atma Ram which supported very much for completion this task.
In the mean time rain started and light had gone.
So the day was very busy today.

Today is BASANT PANCHMI so after morning assembly we aware the students about this occasion. Guys were very happy to know about. Then all guys go to their classes.

I collect student profile Performa’s from 10+1 and 10+2 classes ,which were I distribute last day. Almost all students returned it except somebody. I decide to complete student profile both of these classes firstly.

So I fill some profile forms also, but in the mean time light had gone again and remain same till the school off.

So this one is the biggest problem which is I faced from last 7/8 days.

Then I checked MID-DAY-MEAL all students enjoyed with Rice. After that sweet Laddu’s also made from rice, and this is amazing dish today I never taste this kind of sweet.

After that I decide to check activities in GPS Ganga. Where we organized a cultural function of little guys and dedicate it to BASANT PANCHMI.

So many girls and boys students took participated with their Chutkla’s,National Songs ,Patriotic Songs and dance also.Mr.Vijaypal , Mr.Dalip Kumar(Incharge Mid Day Meal) and Smt.Jamna Devi (library Incharge ) managed the whole program very well. We really enjoyed BASANT PANCHMI today.
